AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED, based in Singapore, is seeking an IT Support specialist to deliver first-level hardware, software, and network assistance.

You will set up and maintain PCs and phones, manage user accounts and devices, document processes, and help optimize workflows by understanding business data flows and ERP/SharePoint related tasks.

Join a team focused on cybersecurity, policy adherence, asset management, and cross-functional projects to improve IT services.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS with hands-on IT support experience.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, system administration and cybersecurity.

Responsabilidades

• First-level support for hardware, software, printers, network and business apps.
• Setup, install, configure, and maintain PCs/phones, accounts and devices.
• Update tickets, asset registers, checklists and user documentation.
• Manage application systems and data flow across business functions.
• Administration including testing, data updates, onboarding, ERP and SharePoint.
• Assist projects by preparing user guides, training, coordinating equipment readiness etc.
• Escalate unresolved issues and recurring incidents to superiors.
• Follow IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection practices.
• Support inventory checks, maintenance schedules, and file organization.
• Understand internal processes and propose IT solutions to optimize workflow.

Responsibilities

• Follow IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection practices.
• Support inventory checks, maintenance schedules, file organization & audit preparation activities.
• To understand internal business process and propose IT solutions to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science with 3 years of IT support.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, system administration and cybersecurity principles.
