Job summary

POKKA PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Engineer to manage daily L1 support operations and serve as the first point of contact for technical issues.

The role emphasizes logging, troubleshooting, and resolving user requests while ensuring a positive support experience. Responsibilities include EUC support for laptops, desktops, and Office apps, asset lifecycle management, incident handling, and collaboration with IT teams to ensure reliable server backups, network maintenance, and security updates

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of 1st level IT support experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments with diverse user groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 EUC support for devices and Office apps.
• Manage EUC inventory lifecycle and asset tracking.
• Handle incident and problem management with root cause analysis.
• Maintain server backups, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Configure and maintain network devices and security components.
