• Asset Management (Inventory and Secure Disposal).
• Refurbished old PCs and IT equipment.
• Managing PC health (patches and updates).
• IT Support for Programs and Events.
• Support of Video Conference systems.
• Supporting mobile devices.
• Event Support.
• Use of AI for daily work.
