Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in IT, CS, IS or related field
• Strong interest in AI, ChatGPT, automation and emerging tech
• Comfortable learning new software independently
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and clear documentation
• Able to work with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
• No advanced programming required; basic scripting is a plus

Responsibilities

• AI testing, evaluating AI tools for business use and documenting findings
• Assist employees with AI tools, improve prompts and workflows
• Document simple AI/testing results and prepare basic guides
• Support IT administration and asset records, onboarding tasks
• Prepare reports on tools tested and maintain internal docs
