HAI LECK ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer in Singapore to handle end‑user computing and IT infrastructure operations. The role involves Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity, plus onboarding/offboarding and equipment provisioning.

You will manage AD, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and VMware ESXi, while maintaining backups and system health. You will also administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, ensure cloud security, and maintain network security

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years in IT support, EUC or IT infra.
Diploma or equivalent in IT-related field required.
Experience with Windows OS, M365, AD and PC hardware troubleshooting preferred.
Familiarity with AD, GPOs, DNS/DHCP is advantageous.
Willing to work at Tuas area and across sites.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1–2 EUC and IT support for hardware, software, printers, and connectivity.
Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals; manage OS imaging and patching.
Administer on-prem server infra and VMware ESXi; perform health checks and backups.
Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint access and security.
Support network infrastructure: LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and Fortinet firewalls.
Enforce IT security policies, incident management, documentation, and asset tracking.
