Job summary
Hai Leck Engineering (Private) Limited in Singapore is seeking a hands-on System Engineer to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networks, firewalls and Microsoft 365. The role focuses on ensuring system availability, security, backups, and providing Level 1/2 support, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
- 3-5 years hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
- Experience with Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience with VMware ESXi.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 admin and security.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP.
- Maintain VMware ESXi and virtual machines.
- Apply patches, firmware upgrades and security updates.
- Monitor servers, storage, backups and perform recovery testing.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint access.
- Manage Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and network equipment.
- Provide Level 1/2 support and IT asset management.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
