Job summary

Hai Leck Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on System Engineer to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networks, firewalls and Microsoft 365. You will ensure system availability, security, backups and recovery while providing Level 1 and 2 support and managing IT assets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, Networking or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience administering AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP and Windows Server.
• VMware ESXi and VM administration experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and licensing.
• Firewall configuration, Fortinet FortiGate and VPN access.
• Enterprise networks: routers, switches, VLANs, NAS.
• Backup and recovery procedures and OS patching.

Responsibilities

• Administer AD, GPOs, DNS and DHCP services.
• Maintain VMware ESXi hosts and VMs.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, firmware upgrades and security updates.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint configurations.
• Configure Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and VPN access.
• Provide Level 1/2 support and maintain IT documentation.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with security standards.
