KIOXIA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to be the frontline contact for colleagues’ tech needs in Singapore.

The role focuses on diagnosing issues, setting up devices, and supporting remote work tools, with responsibilities spanning onsite and remote support. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of IT support experience, solid communication skills, and familiarity with Windows, macOS, M365, networking, VPNs, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years IT support experience (preferred, but learning potential valued)
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, including remote support
• Experience with Windows, macOS and M365 platforms
• Familiarity with networking, VPNs and Active Directory

• Detail-oriented with clear documentation practices

Responsibilities
