Job summary

1S Staffing Services is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite and remote technical assistance to customers in Singapore. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile and tablet devices, assist with Windows Server basics, and liaise with vendors and stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly.

The role demands hands-on problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to log incidents, maintain hardware inventories, and provide timely weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in IT/Computer Engineering with 3-5 years of working experience in technical support.
• Experience in basic networking support.
• Experience in using and supporting OS platforms such as Windows 7/8/10/11 and MS Office applications.
• Experience in supporting mobile, tablet devices such as iOS, Android.
• Experience in VVIP support with good communication skills to support senior management.
• Resourceful with good working attitude and takes initiative.
• Good communication and administrative skills.
• Must have a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Basic Windows Server Knowledge(AD/DHCP/DNS etc)


• Basic Network /Troubleshooting knowledge (LAN, Wireless)


• Oversee computersecurity and anti-virus updates etc.


• Need to provide weeklyreport to external stakeholder (E.g. Excel Report)
