Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a 1-Year Contract IT Helpdesk Support in Singapore. You will provide first-level support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues, and assist with onboarding and access provisioning.

You will manage user accounts via Active Directory, handle onboarding/offboarding, and perform routine maintenance and device setup. The role includes basic training, asset documentation, and escalation of complex problems to senior engineers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for end-users and resolve hardware, software and M365 issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network problems.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, groups, and access via Active Directory.
• Onboard/offboard staff; create accounts and provisioning.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, apps and devices.
• Deploy laptops, desktops, mobiles and peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security checks.
• Maintain IT assets, user docs and support records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
• Provide basic IT training and guidance on security practices and Microsoft 365 tools.

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable Subject to Performance and Business Needs)

Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 per month

Benefits:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, group memberships, and access permissions using Active Directory.
• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, access provisioning, mailbox setup, and account deactivation.
• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and endpoint devices.
• Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and workplace peripherals.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, patching, and endpoint security checks.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, user documentation, and support records.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant support teams when required.
• Provide basic IT training and guidance to users on company systems, security practices, and Microsoft 365 tools.
