Job summary

DAEWOO-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE in Singapore is hiring an IT Support Officer to install and support computer hardware, software and networks for staff, and maintain IT inventory.

You will monitor backups, troubleshoot IT systems and office equipment, assist with licensing (AutoCAD) and printer setup, with fresh graduates welcome and a valid driving license as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Local Diploma or equivalent in IT.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and install computer hardware, software and networks to new or existing staff.
• Maintain and update IT inventory.
• Monitor daily backup.
• Troubleshoot IT systems, hardware and office equipment.
• Assist with licensing (AutoCAD).
• Set up printer software.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities:
