Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an APAC procurement professional to own the daily procurement operations, creating purchase orders from stakeholder requisitions while ensuring compliance and maximizing value for APAC operations.

You will negotiate with external suppliers for proposals and quotes, build strong internal relationships, manage delivery logistics for external orders and internal hardware shipments, and support regional initiatives across APAC.

Job description

• Owning the process of daily procurement operations, by creating purchase orders based on stakeholder requisitions, while ensuring compliance and maximizing value to APAC operations
• Negotiating with external suppliers for proposals and quotes, while balancing cost and timely delivery
• Building and maintaining strong internal business partner and stakeholder relationships, developing strategies that rely on external suppliers
• Maintaining a physical presence at the Singapore office
• Managing the delivery logistics of external order and internally managed hardware shipments, and proactively monitoring delivery progress and addressing logistics challenges as needed
• Ensuring that all purchased goods are in line with company standards and in compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations
• Working with the finance department and suppliers to process invoices on time and resolve any discrepancies
• Providing support to the APAC Procurement Manager on an as‑needed basis for special initiatives, acting in both regional and global capacities
• Supporting ad-hoc regional reports
