Job summary

E-TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT application support professional to join our team at Changi North Way, Singapore. You will troubleshoot system issues, support WMS and B2B integrations, and develop basic scripts to convert customer data formats.

You will train users, collaborate with technical and business teams, and contribute to system improvements, upgrades and enhancements while working 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT or a related field.
1–3 years' IT application support experience.
Knowledge of WMS, Power Apps, PHP, macros, scripting or programming preferred.
Basic programming knowledge for system integration.

Responsibilities

Provide application support and troubleshoot system issues.
Support WMS and B2B integrations and liaise with software vendors.
Develop basic integrations, scripts or programs to convert customer data formats.
Support system improvements, upgrades and enhancements.
Conduct user training and provide guidance on assigned applications.
Work closely with both technical and business teams.
