Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a capable IT coordination professional to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable IT solutions. You will support project proposals, implementation plans and process improvements across IT infrastructure, networks and services.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, multi-priority management and ensuring compliance with IT policies, while exploring emerging technologies like AI and digitalisation for future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in IT, technology, project coordination, business analysis, IT service management or related function.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, systems and technology concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with users, stakeholders, partners and management.
• Comfortable working in a functional and stakeholder-facing role, with strong engagement and coordination capabilities.
• Experience supporting IT projects, proposals, process improvement initiatives or technology implementation is advantageous.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables.
• Proactive, adaptable and service-oriented, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and digitalisation is advantageous.
• Able to explain IT concepts, policies and requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate stakeholders' IT needs into clear requirements and coordinate with IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Support IT projects, proposals, implementation plans and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate the implementation of IT solutions and support project management activities.
• Provide functional guidance on IT infrastructure, networks, systems and IT services without requiring extensive hands-on technical work.
• Support IT service requests, ticket follow-up, IT policies, compliance and related requirements.
• Engage IT teams and technology vendors on PoC activities and emerging technologies, including AI and digitalisation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, user experience, productivity and resource utilisation.
• Communicate IT policies, processes and technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while balancing stakeholder needs with corporate IT requirements.
