Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Transformation Coordinator to translate stakeholders’ IT needs into actionable requirements. You will coordinate with IT teams, support projects and process improvements, and engage with vendors on PoC activities including AI and digitalisation efforts.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, cross-functional coordination, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in IT, technology, project coordination, business analysis, IT service management or related function.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, systems and technology concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting IT projects or process improvement is advantageous.
• Able to balance multiple priorities and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate stakeholders’ IT needs into clear requirements and coordinate with IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Support IT projects, proposals, implementation plans and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate the implementation of IT solutions and support project management activities.
• Provide functional guidance on IT infrastructure, networks, systems and IT services without extensive hands-on work.
• Support IT service requests, ticket follow-up, IT policies and compliance.
