Qualifications

• Understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity policies, standards, and compliance.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proactive service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key IT business partner, translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Manage IT infrastructure, services, support requests and coordinate with IT teams for timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, governance, cybersecurity standards and organisational requirements.
• Lead IT projects and process improvements aligned with business and operational needs.
• Drive technology innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and supporting digitalisation initiatives.
