Job summary

Sonova Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Services Professional to deliver effective end-user IT support, assist with configuring devices, and ensure a secure, productive IT environment across the organization.

You will diagnose Level 1–2 issues, manage device lifecycles, and support Microsoft 365 apps while collaborating with regional IT teams and vendors to drive improvements and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management or related discipline; Diploma holders with 2+ years IT experience may be considered.
• Good knowledge of corporate networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Windows/macOS.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID and Intune is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proactive, communicative, collaborative and adaptable to learn new technologies.

IT Services Professional

Deliver effective and user-focused IT support by helping employees resolve technical issues, adopt digital tools and improve their productivity. You will act as a key point of contact for day-to-day troubleshooting, user support and training, while ensuring a reliable and secure IT environment.

Working closely with local, regional and external IT partners, you will support end-user devices, enterprise applications, infrastructure, IT security and technology-related projects.

More about the role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user IT support, providing in-person, phone and remote assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 hardware, software, application and network-related issues.
• Manage the setup, configuration and lifecycle of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals and related software.
• Administer user access and endpoint management through Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, Teams and SharePoint, as well as corporate LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi environments.
• Manage service desk tickets, IT assets and technical documentation in line with internal IT standards and service levels.
• Maintain endpoint security and compliance through software patching, malware protection and vulnerability remediation, while supporting local GRC and audit requirements.
• Set up and maintain meeting-room and audio-visual systems to support effective hybrid meetings.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, regional IT teams and external vendors to support IT projects, infrastructure improvements and day-to-day IT operations.

More about you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management or a related discipline; Diploma holders with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience will also be considered.
