Job summary

WSA seeks a software and data expert to drive digital transformation across global manufacturing. You will build full‑stack web apps, data pipelines, and dashboards, and integrate with MES, ERP, and SCADA systems.

You will lead lifecycle processes, apply statistics and AI to boost efficiency, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT. Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency in Python, Java, C#, SQL, Spark, JavaScript is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong full-stack development experience with end-to-end delivery of web applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, SQL, Apache Spark, and JavaScript, plus hands-on experience with Power BI, Grafana, Azure DevOps, and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects in global manufacturing, from requirements gathering through deployment, while also sustaining existing solutions for daily operations.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT to digitize production workflows, improve process efficiency, and enhance user experience.
• Build and maintain full‑stack web applications, data pipelines, and dashboards (Power BI, Grafana), integrating with MES, ERP, and SCADA systems.
• Manage the full software lifecycle (URS, UAT, validation, hypercare, CI/CD) and ensure compliance with quality, cybersecurity, and architecture standards.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and evaluate practical AI use cases to boost operational efficiency.
