Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a service desk/on-site IT environment.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Mac OS.
• Good written and verbal English communication; strong telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st Level IT Technical Support to users via phone, on-site, or remote tools.
• Escalate, track, and resolve incidents/service requests in a timely manner.
• Cover on-site IT support when needed after training.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
