Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking a motivated Assistant Service Delivery Manager to support smooth IT service delivery and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to maintain service quality and drive improvements. The role involves overseeing daily service delivery activities, coordinating with teams, monitoring incidents, and preparing operational updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in Service Delivery, IT Operations, Service Management, Customer Support, or similar role.
• Experience in customer-facing service delivery environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in IT services, managed services, or infrastructure support is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles or service management frameworks preferred.
• Exposure to incident management, operational reporting, or service coordination is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery activities and operational support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet service commitments and customer expectations.
• Monitor service performance, incidents, and follow through on issue resolution.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and operational updates.
• Maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and coordination.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Coordinate project-related activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Escalate critical issues when required and assist in driving effective resolutions.
