Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking a motivated Assistant Service Delivery Manager to support the smooth delivery of IT services and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to maintain service quality, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous service improvements. The role involves overseeing daily service delivery activities, monitoring performance, and preparing reports while maintaining strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Service Delivery or related roles.
• Experience in customer-facing service delivery environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles or service management frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily service delivery activities and operational support.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure service commitments and customer expectations are consistently met.
• Monitor service performance, incidents, and follow through on issue resolution.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and operational updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and coordination.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Coordinate project-related activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Escalate critical issues when required and assist in driving effective resolutions.
