MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an UP IT Server Technician | Process Support Technician to provide IT support, perform testing and maintenance of equipment, and assist production with technical issues.

You will work in 12-hour shifts, learn ISO processes, and participate in Kaizen and lean initiatives with growth opportunities in a stable MNC environment.

Qualificações

• Nitec / Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT, Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Debug Server Roles: Provide IT support and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Debug Server Roles: Perform testing, setup and maintenance of equipment.
• Debug Server Roles: Support production and resolve technical issues.
• Process Roles: Assist engineer on process-related functions to ensure efficient production.
• Process Roles: Create proper process operation flow as per customer and business requirements.
• Process Roles: Maintain work instructions including SFC control and SAP processes.
• Process Roles: Provide trainings on work instructions to production.
• Process Roles: Participate in Kaizen activities.
• Process Roles: Knowledge of BOM and Lean to support NPI and mass production.
• Process Roles: Participate in ISO activities (implementation and maintenance).
• Process Roles: Interpret test scripts; reading test scripts.

Basic Salary: $2,500~$3,200 + $200 fix allowance + Shift $ 168 or $336

4-3-3-4 Can choose shifts:

12h shift, 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am

Can choose roles:

Debug Server Roles

• Provide IT support and basic technical troubleshooting
• Perform testing, setup and maintenance of equipment
• Support production and resolve technical issues

Process Roles:

• Assist engineer to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production
• Assist in creating a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement
• Ensure production work instruction is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process
• Provide trainings over work instruction to production
• Participate in Kaizen activities
• Knowledge of BOM and Lean to support on the NPI Process and production on mass run

• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)
• Familiar with interpreting test script
• Familiar on skill-set in reading test script
• Knowledge on programming languages
• Knowledge on computer/server hardware

About you
