Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled engineer to support daily production, help optimize cycle times, and assist with server and rack equipment maintenance. You will also help establish SOPs for assembly processes and collaborate with internal teams on capacity improvements.

The role requires knowledge of C++, Linux or Python, basic PC hardware, and the ability to follow work instructions. Prior electronics manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of C++, Linux or Python is required.
• Basic PC hardware knowledge and testing concepts.
• Basic English proficiency and ability to follow work instructions.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or technical roles is a plus.

Job description

Salary Package

• Basic: S$2,400 - S$3,500 (depending on experience)
• Fixed allowances: S$200 + S$335
• Shift allowance: S$168 (day) / S$336 (night)
• AWS + variable bonus (1.3 to 3 months max)
• Retention bonus

Work Arrangement

• Fixed shift of your choice: Day (7am - 7pm) or Night (7pm - 7am)
• 4-3-3-4 shift pattern; must be able to work at least 1 weekend per week

Location

• Tampines (near IKEA), with direct bus access from Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang, Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris MRT

• Support daily production on all technical aspects

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of C++, Linux or Python
• Basic PC hardware knowledge and an understanding of testing and programming concepts
• Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow work instructions and troubleshooting steps
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, engineering or technical roles is an advantage
