Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an UP Infrastructure Process Technician at Tampines to support engineers in all process-related functions and ensure efficient production. The role involves maintaining process work instructions, SFC/SAP operations, and contributing to Kaizen activities.

Candidates with Nitec or Diploma in IT/Engineering or related fields will fit well, and shifts are provided with a fixed rotation. AWS and a permanent position are offered in a stable MNC environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in IT, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineer to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficient production.
• Assist in creating a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement.
• Ensure production work instruction is properly maintained including SFC control process & SAP maintenance.
• Provide trainings on work instruction to production.
• Participate in Kaizen activities.
• Knowledge of BOM and Lean to support on the NPI Process and production on mass run.
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Salary Package

Basic Salary: $2,500~$3,200 + $200 fix allowance + Shift $ 168 or $336

4-3-3-4 Can choose shifts:

12-hr shifts in total: A, B, C (Fixed once assigned)

• o A: 7am-7pm (Sun - Wed),rest 3 days, (Sun - Tues), rest 4 days, repeat ($168 Shift Allowance)
• o B: 7pm-7am (Sun - Wed),rest 3 days, (Sun - Tues), rest 4 days, repeat ($336 Shift Allowance)
• o C: 7am-7pm (Wed - Sat),rest 3 days, (Thurs - Sat), rest 4 days, repeat ($168 Shift Allowance)
