Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer/Manufacturing Support to assist engineers in process-related activities, ensuring production efficiency and smooth operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining work instructions, BOM/RCA analysis, Kaizen and ISO activities, and collaboration with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
Salary: Up to $3,100/month
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shift (4334)
Day Shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Night Shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am

Responsible for supporting Engineers in process-related activities to ensure production efficiency and smooth manufacturing operations.
Assist Engineers with process-related functions to ensure efficient production.
Assist in establishing and maintaining process operation flows according to customer and business requirements.
Maintain production Work Instructions, including SFC control and SAP process maintenance.
Support process troubleshooting and assist in resolving production issues.
Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Provide training to production staff on Work Instructions.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and mass production runs.
Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.
Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
Nitec or higher qualification in Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
Experience in Bill of Materials (BOM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is required.
Basic understanding of BOM and Agile.
Experience with Agile or other process improvement methodologies will be an advantage.
Relevant process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
Good team player with the ability to work effectively with peers, engineers and supervisors.
Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly those who have:
Supported production processes and followed Work Instructions.
Assisted Engineers with process troubleshooting and production issues.
Supported process improvements, product trials or New Product Introductions (NPI).
Worked closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
