Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines is seeking candidates for a server testing role within a data centre environment.

You will perform server and system testing, create and maintain test templates and Golden Images, and work with BOMs and engineering documentation to ensure quality results. The position offers a structured training period, long-term stability, and a fixed 4-day work pattern with rotating 12-hour shifts after training.

Qualifications

Diploma/Nitec level in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/IT or Engineering.
Experience in server or system testing and data centre environments is advantageous.
Familiar with BOMs, test procedures and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

Perform server and system testing to ensure products meet specifications.
Prepare and maintain test templates, procedures and Golden Images.
Work with BOMs, EI and other technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and identify issues during testing and production.
Perform failure analysis and coordinate with engineering and production teams.
Record test results and maintain technical documentation.
Support continuous improvement of testing processes and workflows.
Ensure all testing activities comply with quality and safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT or Engineering.
Experience in server testing, system testing, manufacturing or data centre environments is advantageous.
Familiarity with BOM, test procedures, troubleshooting or engineering documentation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with hardware, software and technical equipment.
Candidates with relevant Test Engineering / Technician / Server / PC hardware experience are welcome.
