Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead IT security incident compliance initiatives, managing security, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, and incident response improvements across digital services and mobile apps.

You will coordinate security assessments, oversee vendor performance, monitor budgets, and support audits with thorough documentation, aiming for secure, compliant, and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in supporting internet facing applications or mobile apps
• Strong understanding of government IT security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight
• Knowledge of financial management and budget tracking processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security, compliance, and operational management of digital services and mobile applications delivered through outsourced vendor partnerships.
• Lead incident response efforts, including root cause analysis, documentation, resolution tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee comprehensive security assessment programmes including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, source code reviews, and risk assessments.
• Manage vendor access controls and ensure appropriate security clearances are maintained.
• Track project budgets and monitor financial performance across digital service contracts; provide regular reporting.
