Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT Security Incident Compliance initiatives, overseeing security, compliance, and vendor partnerships for digital services and mobile apps. The role requires 6+ years in complex IT projects with government compliance exposure and strong budgeting skills, with office-based work in Singapore.

You will coordinate incident response, risk assessments, and audit readiness while driving cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience supporting internet facing applications or mobile apps
• Strong understanding of government IT security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight
• Knowledge of financial management and budget tracking processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee security, compliance, and operational management of digital services and mobile applications delivered through outsourced vendor partnerships.
• Coordinate incident response and recovery activities, including root cause analysis and communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct monthly reviews of vendor performance and manage access controls and security clearances.
• Track project budgets, verify billing accuracy, and provide regular financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audit activities and maintain documentation for compliance.
• Assist in administrative tasks.
