Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an IT Security Officer to strengthen our cybersecurity posture. You will support governance, risk, compliance, and security management across architecture, vulnerability assessment, and incident response with 4+ years in IT security.

The role requires coordinating security reviews, preparing management dashboards, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies. Onsite presence in Singapore is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT security and cybersecurity
• Experience in implementing and managing security protocols and controls
• Proven ability to coordinate security reviews and governance across the organization
• Knowledge of risk assessment, compliance with industry standards, and security metrics reporting
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain security architecture diagrams and records
• Coordinate VAPT engagements and remediation tracking
• Maintain cybersecurity risk register and risk treatment tracking
• Coordinate security hardening and compliance assessments
• Monitor CSPM findings and remediation status
• Prepare security reports and management dashboards
• Support policy, standards and governance activities
• Ensure activities comply with board policies and regulatory requirements
