RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced IT services sales professional to manage client relationships and drive successful delivery of IT services and business solutions. You will implement sales processes, forecast pipelines, and handle major accounts, with engagement at the C-suite level and strong emphasis on contractual negotiations.

Collaborate with Pre-sales and Delivery teams to tailor proposals, ensure smooth implementation, and maintain long-term client retention

Responsibilities

• Implement effective and consistent sales processes to achieve revenue growth.

• Conduct high-level sales presentations for prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships at the C-suite level and understand client culture.
• Negotiate terms, duration, and pricing in contracts with contracting entities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through post-sale support.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with Pre-sales and Delivery teams.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and implementation.
• Collaborate with Operations/Delivery and other stakeholders for account management.

Offer IT Services and Business Solutions. Managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of IT services and business solutions.

Job Scope

• Implement effective and consistent sales processes to achieve revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking.
• Manage and develop major and critical customer accounts.
• Conduct high-level sales presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships at the 'C Suite' while understanding and communicating prospective customers' corporate culture.
• Negotiate all aspects of contractual agreement including terms and conditions, duration, and pricing with the contracting entity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through effective post-sale support.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with Technical Solution Pre-sales team and Delivery team for clients’ needs and requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and implementation.
• Work well with Operation/Delivery Teams and other relevant stakeholders for the account management and smooth service delivery.
• Ensure proper handling/producing of sales documentation with strict adherence to company policies and processes.
• Research, monitor and understand the market trends and competitive trends to create strategic plans that will deliver desired results.
• Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
