Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic IT Solutions sales professional to identify, target and develop new business opportunities and drive meetings with potential customers in a fast-paced market. You will conduct needs analysis, present demonstrations, and close deals to grow revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor IT solutions, negotiate terms, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and develop new business opportunities in IT Solutions sector.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-markets and stakeholders, existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs, provide sales quotation and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiating contracts, terms of an agreement and close sales.
• Set, meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
• Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
• Provide consultative sales support to help clients optimize their IT infrastructure and operations.
• Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
