Job summary

You will collaborate with Project Managers and IT stakeholders to align resilience objectives with IT service operations, lead cloud governance initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of IT projects within regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• IT service management knowledge including SLM and ITIL.
• Experience with ITIL pillars such as change management and end-to-end ITIL processes.
• Experience delivering projects and aligning timelines with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity planning for IT services to support business continuity and resilience.
• Govern IT resilience frameworks within Technology Services and the broader organization.
• Conduct resilience assessments across design, operations and testing.
• Implement IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) principles and procedures.
• Lead resilience requirements for cloud services against standards.
• Support regulatory notifications per organizational policies and compliance.
• Drive resilience objectives through the Cloud Governance Transformation Programme.
• Collaborate with IT and business to improve contingency planning across architecture and resilience frameworks.
