Job summary

NTT Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, with a focus on SaaS procurement software implementation.

You will manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, budgets, risks, and ensure successful outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business Admin, PMP or equivalent, and 10+ years IT experience including 7+ years in project management, with preferred SaaS procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, business admin or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years PM experience.
• Proven SaaS procurement solutions implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of PM frameworks, resource and change management.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Banking/Financial services experience preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, governance, and testing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and key milestones, providing regular status updates.
• Manage project budgets and ensure delivery within approved financial parameters.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and issue resolution activities.
• Drive adherence to project management methodologies, compliance, and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 7+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience implementing SaaS Procurement Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, resource management, and change management practices.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders across business, infrastructure, risk, and technology teams.
