Job summary

NTT Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, with a focus on SaaS procurement software implementation.

You will manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, budgets, risks, and ensure successful outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business Admin, PMP or equivalent, and 10+ years IT experience including 7+ years in project management, with preferred SaaS procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, business admin or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years PM experience.
• Proven SaaS procurement solutions implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of PM frameworks, resource and change management.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Banking/Financial services experience preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects.
• Define scope, timelines, resources, governance, and testing.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and milestones with status updates.
• Manage project budgets within approved financial parameters.
• Oversee testing, QA, and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies, compliance, and governance.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder and vendor communication.
