Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Singapore with PMP/CITPM certification to lead complex government and IT projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership to mentor teams, collaborate with sales for tailored proposals, and maintain high client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• PMP/CITPM certification is a must.
• Minimum 4–5 years’ working experience, with at least 2 years in government projects and 3 years IT project management.

Responsabilités

• Drive comprehensive project planning and resource scheduling, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards.
• Monitor project tracking, focusing on deliverables, financials, operational efficiency, and adherence to documentation protocols.
• Implement robust risk management strategies and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead all phases of project implementation, maintaining rigorous oversight to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to develop tailored solution proposals for prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless delivery of project operations and achieve client objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to assess project requirements and develop effective execution strategies.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their strategic goals.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM certification is a must
• At least 4 to 5 years’ working experience (min 2 years in government projects), with min 3 years’ IT Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software, including OpenText and EMC Documentum, is a valuable asset.
• Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team
• A results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus and dedication to achieving project success.
