Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive IT infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will manage cross-functional teams, track timelines, and oversee scope, risks, and budgets while ensuring quality deliverables.

The role requires 2+ years in project management, familiarity with MS Project, and strong vendor and stakeholder collaboration skills. PMP/Prince2 credentials are preferred, with exposure to government or public-sector projects considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant project management experience including managing technical projects, user requirements and external contractors.
• PMP, CITPM or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale, high-value projects; government/public-sector experience an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to apply effective project management methodologies and ensure appropriate action applies in corrective needs.
• Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
• Responsible for project Profit & Loss.
• Must be able to manage cross-functional teams in project deliveries.
• Manage contract terms, change management, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
• Provide regular projects communications including status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• To design appropriate training programs and workshops for project team.
• Manage major IT infrastructure upgrades, system updates, OS hardening and migration projects.
• Constantly keep abreast of latest technology changes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Create a positive team environment and coordinate work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion.
• Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation.
• Competent and proficient understanding in IT Infrastructure Services, Cloud Computing and Structured Cabling.
