Job summary

SearchAsia Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior IT Consultant (Enterprise Applications) to lead IT projects end-to-end, from planning and procurement through development, deployment and ongoing support.

You will work closely with business users, vendors and cross-functional teams. The role covers product management, project delivery, procurement, app development, maintenance and stakeholder/vendor management, requiring strong technical and PM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 8 years IT experience, incl. 4+ years technical and 4+ years in PM.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of IIS, Visual Studio and MS SQL Server (T-SQL).
• Experience with OutSystems, .NET Core, Dynamics or Salesforce, Power BI, Qlik or Tableau, and Power Automate or UiPath is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.

Senior IT Consultant (Enterprise Applications)

About the role

You will deliver IT projects and own enterprise applications end to end, from product planning and procurement through development, deployment and ongoing support. You will work closely with business users, vendors and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Product management: Define product vision and roadmaps based on user feedback and market research, and build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solutions.
• Project delivery: Lead projects from start to finish, covering requirements, solution design, testing and deployment, while managing scope, timelines, budget and risks.
• Procurement: Prepare ITQs, RFPs and tender specifications, evaluate vendors against technical and security criteria, and manage contracts.
• Application development: Design, develop and implement web and mobile applications in line with approved technologies and coding standards.
• Maintenance and support: Ensure applications meet SLAs. Handle bug fixes, service requests and troubleshooting, keep documentation current, respond to audit queries and maintain security compliance.
• Stakeholder and vendor management: Partner with business users to plan and prioritise annual enhancements, and hold vendors accountable for delivery and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of IT experience, including 4+ years in a technical role and 4+ years in project management. PMP or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of IIS, Visual Studio and MS SQL Server (T-SQL).
• Experience with OutSystems, .NET Core, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, Power BI, Qlik or Tableau, and Power Automate or UiPath is an advantage.
