Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead application development and systems integration projects in Singapore. You will work closely with technical teams, vendors and business users to ensure timeliness and alignment with business requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, a degree in CS/IT/Engineering, and knowledge of C# and ASP.NET. PMP/CITPM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably large IT projects.
• Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET, object-oriented programming and multi-tier system architecture is advantageous.
• PMP or CITPM certification is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from planning and development through testing, implementation and post-deployment support.
• Lead project teams and coordinate activities with external vendors and business stakeholders.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, issue tracking and reporting.
• Clarify requirements with users, resolve system issues and recommend improvements.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources and adjust priorities to meet delivery timelines.
• Coordinate system walkthroughs, user briefings and training sessions when required.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates and management reports.
• Identify system integration challenges and work with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably handling medium to large-scale IT projects.
• Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET, object-oriented programming and multi-tier system architecture is advantageous.
• Experience with RFID systems or related technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of biometrics, access control systems, multimedia analytics or robotics would be an added advantage.
• PMP or CITPM certification is preferred.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, solve problems and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Willing to support extended working hours during critical project phases.
