Job summary

softenger (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT initiatives, especially SaaS procurement software implementations, with strong governance and compliance focus.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in project leadership, and certifications such as PMP/CISSP/CISM or equivalent are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Project management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
• At least 10 years IT work experience, with at least 7 years in managing projects.
• Experience with implementation of SaaS Procurement Software.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, resource management practices and change management techniques.
• Experience in working with many stakeholders from different teams (business users, infrastructure, risk management, etc.).
• Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework.
• Experience in Financial and Banking industry preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar is highly desirable.
