Qualifications

• Familiarity with IT systems, SDLC, and technical terminology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to senior levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Presentation design: create professional, visually appealing presentations communicating status and risks.
• Documentation management: maintain structured project documentation with version control.
• Stakeholder liaison: bridge between technical teams, project managers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: PMP or CAPM is a plus.
• Industry experience: Banking or Financial Services sector desirable due to regulatory context.
• Remote collaboration: experience with cross-functional and remote teams across different time zones.
