CommonTown Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead development and implementation of software applications. You will plan, monitor, and coordinate projects across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IT project management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Competenze

• 2+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing software development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong planning, coordination, and resource management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• PM certifications (PMP/Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Knowledge of AI technologies is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the development and implementation of IT solutions and software applications.


• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.


• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively recommend appropriate solutions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or other relevant disciplines.


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT project management.


• Experience in managing software application development and implementation projects.


• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.


• Strong project planning, coordination, and resource management skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Good problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proactive in identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master will be an added advantage.


• Knowledge of AI technologies, tools, and applications, or experience in AI-related projects, will be an added advantage.
