Job summary

TOPPAN Ecquaria Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of its solutions and applications. You will head a team of business analysts and developers through the full project life cycle and ensure all phases meet objectives while aligning with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and owning the project scope, schedule, and resources.

Qualifications

Computer Science background or equivalent.
At least 4 years of project management experience in IT with strong problem analysis.
Government sector experience with project management exposure is a plus.
Strong written and communication skills.
Strong inter-personal relationships.
CITPM or PMP certification is an advantage.
Good understanding of Cloud Computing and Java/.NET/Web technologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation of TOPPAN Ecquaria's solutions and applications.
Lead a team of business analysts and developers through the full project life cycle.
Oversee each phase of the development life cycle and ensure all tasks/objectives are met; manage stakeholder/client expectations.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
Accountable for project scope, schedule and resources used.
Oversee the project profit and loss.
