Job summary

TOPPAN Ecquaria Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of its solutions and applications. You will head a team of business analysts and developers through the full project life cycle and ensure all phases meet objectives while aligning with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and owning the project scope, schedule, and resources.

Qualifications

• Computer Science background or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in IT with strong problem analysis.
• Government sector experience with project management exposure is a plus.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Strong inter-personal relationships.
• CITPM or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Cloud Computing and Java/.NET/Web technologies is an advantage.

• Manage and lead a team of business analysts and developers in the entire project development life cycle
• Manage each phase of the development life cycle and ensure that all tasks/objectives in each phase are met Manage the expectations of Stakeholders and Clients
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Accountable for the scope, schedule and resources used
• Manage and oversee the profit and loss of the project

Pre-requisites:

• Computer Science background or equivalent
• At least 4 of project management experience in IT, with strong problem analysis skills.
• Prior experience in the Government sector with project management exposure will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong inter-personal relationship
• CITPM or PMP-certified will be an advantage
• Good understanding of Cloud Computing and Java / .NET / Web technologies will be an advantage
