Job summary

IDC Technologies (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT production support specialist to support a banking/financial services client in Singapore. You will handle batch processing, monitoring, incident reporting, and SQL, with Java and Unix/Linux basics, working as part of a collaborative team.

A bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and 3+ years of relevant experience are required; knowledge of JBOSS, MariaDB, MQ setup, and Shell scripting are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of IT production support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Experience with batch processing, monitoring with Kibana/Elasticsearch, incident reporting, SQL.
• Knowledge of Java, Unix/Linux, SQL; hands-on with UNIX commands and SQL queries.
• Experience with Java/J2EE and web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell.
• Knowledge of Job scheduling and MQ setup; dynamic, learning-oriented team player.
