• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Interest in IT operations, service management, automation.
• Familiarity with ITSM concepts and CMDB is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations activities by assisting with service monitoring and incident tracking.
• Assist in maintaining ITSM records and CMDB accuracy.
• Support analytics and dashboards for service health and KPIs.
• Help identify recurring issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Assist in automating manual tasks using basic scripting under supervision.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required operational information.
• Prepare operational updates and presentations for reviews and governance.
• Support ad-hoc data collection and project-related IT tasks.
