Job summary

Coventry Enterprises Singapore is seeking an IT & Operations Support Specialist to assist daily operations of our simulation systems at client sites. You will perform technical analysis, corrective and preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot on-site issues.

The role requires a Diploma in IT/Engineering, hands-on IT support experience, and a proactive, independent worker who can manage multiple tasks under tight schedules. Training on our simulation toolset will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling IT network issues is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under tight schedules.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Meticulous and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the simulation system at customers' locations.
• Perform technical analysis, corrective and preventive maintenance of the simulation system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site at customer locations.
• Create or edit scenarios as required for operations using the simulation toolset.
• Handle other matters assigned by Management.

Position: IT & Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of simulation system, including operational support at customers’ location.

• Perform technical analysis, corrective, and preventive maintenance of simulation system.

• Troubleshooting of technical issues on site at customers’ location.

• Implementing scenario creation or edits as required for operations using simulation tool set.

• Any other matters tasked by Management.

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications.

• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.

• Experience handling IT network issues will be an advantage.

• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.

• Resourceful and able to work independently when required.

• Keen to learn and assess new technology for work purposes.

• Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight schedules.

• Meticulous and able to multi-task.

Selected candidates will be offered a 1 year contract that can be extended.
