Technopals Pte.Ltd. seeks an IT support specialist in Singapore to monitor batch jobs, deploy fixes, and provide frontline user assistance. You will collaborate with business partners and technology teams to resolve issues within SLA and document all actions taken.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in IT customer support, a IT-related degree, Unix experience, and knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ and Oracle SQL, with flexibility to work odd hours.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of customer support experience in an IT environment.
• IT-related degree from Polytechnic or University.
• Hands-on Unix knowledge.
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ is a plus.
• Good Oracle SQL knowledge.

Mansioni

• Daily monitoring and support of batch jobs.
• Perform hotfixes and deployments as needed.
• Provide first level support to business users and ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with partners and technology teams to resolve issues within SLA.
• Document actions and track issue lifecycle; analyse resolutions to prevent recurrence.
• Assist development team in validating fixes and changes.
• Report production activities to Project Manager.
• Be available for odd hours including midnights, weekends, and holidays.
