Qualifications

• Strong IT operations, software systems, and project management experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with sales/business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage both Technical and Sales teams to ensure collaboration and achievement of business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and all technology-related activities.
• Manage IT projects from planning through implementation and support.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure system development, implementation, maintenance and performance meet reliability targets.
• Prepare and manage IT costing, budgets, resources and timelines.
• Monitor project costs and IT resource utilization for optimal outcomes.
• Evaluate software, systems and technologies to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team on client requirements, pricing, and implementation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and issue resolution.
