Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead the Technical and Sales teams and oversee daily IT operations, systems, and project delivery. You will ensure alignment with business goals, manage budgets, and drive improvement across technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, software engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations management roles.

• Solid understanding of SDLC, system implementation and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Experience leading technical teams and working closely with sales or business teams
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, system implementation, and IT operations
• Experience in IT costing, budgeting, and resource planning
