Job summary

Airwallex Singapore is seeking an IT Operations Support Lead to own the Singapore site and provide regional IT operations across Southeast Asia. You will manage hardware, networking and key SaaS apps, while partnering with the global IT team to resolve issues quickly.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, autonomous decision‑making and experience leading IT site operations in a multinational setting. The role is on-site in Singapore, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience leading IT site operations or as primary IT owner for regional/remote office.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware and software (macOS/Windows).
• Networking basics: Wi‑Fi, DNS and office networks.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, Jira and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Own IT site operations, reliability and employee tech experience for the Singapore office.
• Drive regional support for Southeast Asia offices, coordinating with global IT.
• Provide hands-on support across macOS, Windows, hardware, networking and major SaaS apps (Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, Jira, Zoom).
• Lead onboarding/offboarding, AV/events support, executive/VIP support, vendor management, procurement and inventory.
• Improve IT operations with clear docs, efficient workflows and AI-driven process improvements.
